Eric (the owner) is one of the best contractors I had the pleasure to do business with. I scheduled a weekend for a dumpster rental and I had to reschedule for a later unknown date. Eric would reach out to me every few weeks to remind me and I was very happy to know that I was still on his radar and on the list of customers that put down a deposit. Eric is very friendly, professional and provides great communication with his customers. He was kind enough to even deliver the rental a day early bc he already had it available. I needed a dumpster in a hurry to clean out my mom’s garage and found S&D Dumpsters on Next Door. I’m glad I did. Eric and Nathan responded immediately to my text and scheduled the dumpster drop off the next morning. These guys are great. They delivered and picked up the dumpster precisely on schedule with no hassle. I ended up needing the dumpster a second time about a week later. I contacted S&D and spoke with Eric and explained to him what I was looking for. He promptly came out, looked at the property and gave me an estimate and clear breakdown of exactly what everything would cost. I'm a real estate agent and I needed some work done on a home i was getting ready to put on the market. He came out, did a full clean out of the house and garage, power washed the house and garage as well as cut the grass, trimmed, edged and removed some shrubs, bushes and trees.
